With over 30 years of experience as a therapist, I have worked with diverse populations and remain deeply committed to supporting clients on their wellness journey. I have extensive experience in trauma-focused therapy and incorporate current research, education, brain-based tools, and mindfulness to help reduce symptoms and support lasting healing.

My approach is person-centered and culturally sensitive, integrating Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and existential principles. I strive to help clients build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward greater emotional well-being.

Lauren Frederick, LPC

My goal is to provide high-quality counseling services in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and validated. I believe counseling should be personalized, recognizing each person’s unique experiences and needs while helping clients find greater balance and peace.

My approach is primarily rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I also incorporate Play Therapy when appropriate. I offer both in-person counseling and teletherapy services to support clients in a way that feels accessible and effective.
