Individual counseling offers personalized, one-on-one support for children, teens, and adults navigating concerns such as trauma, grief, mood disorders, neurodivergence, anger, crisis situations, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. Our counselors work collaboratively with clients to build insight, coping skills, and lasting change.

Play therapy is a specialized counseling approach for children that uses play and creative expression to help process trauma, grief, behavioral concerns, ADHD, emotional regulation, and other developmental challenges in a safe and supportive environment.

Marriage and couples counseling supports partners facing communication difficulties, conflict, trust issues, emotional disconnection, and the impact of trauma or mental health concerns. Our therapists help couples develop healthier patterns, strengthen relationships, and navigate challenges together.

Deidre Lawrence, LPC-S
With over 30 years of experience as a therapist, I have worked with diverse populations and remain deeply committed to supporting clients on their wellness journey. I have extensive experience in trauma-focused therapy and incorporate current research, education, brain-based tools, and mindfulness to help reduce symptoms and support lasting healing.
My approach is person-centered and culturally sensitive, integrating Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and existential principles. I strive to help clients build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward greater emotional well-being.

Lauren Frederick, LPC
My goal is to provide high-quality counseling services in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and validated. I believe counseling should be personalized, recognizing each person’s unique experiences and needs while helping clients find greater balance and peace.
My approach is primarily rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I also incorporate Play Therapy when appropriate. I offer both in-person counseling and teletherapy services to support clients in a way that feels accessible and effective.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider (LSOTP), and Certified Anger Resolution Therapist (CART) with over seven years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, and behavioral concerns.
I specialize in individual, couples, and family counseling, with focused experience in PTSD, anger management, sex therapy and sexual addiction, child behavioral issues, and domestic violence for both survivors and those seeking accountability and change. My approach is supportive, structured, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.

I also integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to address the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and to help clients build effective coping skills.
